Our Residential Painting Process

  • At the beginning stages of your paint project, our contractors will protect your landscaping and outdoor furniture with drop cloths. We will also employ measures to protect your roof and other areas from paint splatters.
  • In most cases, we will power-wash your home to remove dirt and mildew, and then scrape or sand where necessary. That way, we have a clean and smooth canvas upon which to work. We also may use chemicals to strip the wood if needed.
  • All siding joints are filled with caulking so to prevent moisture from penetrating behind the wood. An oil primer may also be used on bare wood before the topcoat to improve adhesion and give you longer-lasting results.
